Day Before Speech:
- Drink 8 Glasses of Water
- Avoid Sugar and / or Alcohol
- Do Not Exceed Normal Caffeine Intake
- Chose Attire and Set It Out
- If You Are Wearing Heels, Rehearse in Them to Make Sure They're Comfortable
- Sleep 8 Hours
- Oh, Did I Mention...Practice?
- Eat Light (Low Carb)
- Continue to Drink Water
- Avoid Sugar and / or Alcohol
- Do Not Exceed Normal Caffeine Intake
- Make it Your Goal to Have Fun!
